Budmo was formed in the summer of 2015, born from a shared passion for Ukrainian music and a desire to express and preserve the traditional songs that have been passed down over generations. The group quickly became busy performing at weddings, corporate functions, and headlining festivals including Canada's National Ukrainian Festival in Dauphin and Vesna Festival in Saskatoon.
